The US Dollar has a long run before we have 1:1 between US dollar and EURO. At the end of the year, after the US elections, there come the change and US dollar will go to be stronger.
The council in Saudi Arabia on 22. 07 is a preparation to the step backward in the oil price race. At the moment and in the next 2 months the oil price will go up, the US dollar will stay at the position between 0,63 and 0,65 EUR.
In September the oil price will drop and the petro dollars must give the strength back to the US dollar.
The middle oil price will be 100-120 EUR, the US dollar somewhere between 0,70 and 0,75 EUR and going to the price of 0.80 EUR in 2010.
